I absolutely love the upper east side of Manhattan- the Met is my favorite museum and one of the top museums in the world.  My love of the Met began when I studied art at the High School of Music & Art.  Central Park is also a gem- I really believe that without Central Park, NYC would be a much less inhabitable place.

My experience not just in yoga but studying massage therapy and workshops over the 24+ years I’ve been studying/teaching, gives me a unique ability to adapt to the person.  There is not one right way- though some might try to tell you that.  Each body is different- and changes, even by season and over the years.

Shiatsu Massage

If you love yoga you’ll love shiatsu!  Prana (Chi or Ki) is that vital life force that all Eastern Arts cultivate.

The body mind connection is real, with mindfulness and with your precious breathe create a synergy of healing, well-being and ultimately bliss.  My studies in shiastu massage emphasize how the organs and energy shift just as the seasons-in fact with the seasons.

Shiatsu is very different than Western Massage, it posits that the organ/energy meridians govern not just the body, but emotions as well.  Unblock the stagnation and shift the emotions.  It’s complex and metaphorical in it’s language and understanding. But as a licensed massage therapist it is my specialty.

Investment starts at  $1,100 for 4 week Introductory Package.  That includes three, 50 minute, Skype Meditation Lessons w/homework.  One a week.  Plus 1 Monthly Shiatsu Massage/Meditation Lesson in person (Manhattan locations only,)  that session runs approximately 2 hours.
