How it works:
The Business Empowerment process begins with you getting clear on the possible options or choices being considered.
This in and of self will be helpful for your clarity. A question like “which option is best?” would be vague. “Best” is vague. Instead the question could be, “which option might yield the highest profits in the first year with my current staffing & capacities?” Or some variation depending on your business goals.
Have up to four options for a business process/pricing or decision in mind; have them labeled as I’ll refer to them as option 1, option 2…and so on. I’ll give you my intuitive hits on each choice and pro’s and con’s. Framing the question is key. So I can work with you to formulate a super clear question- based on the outcome you are wanting for your business. This might be great for start-ups or small business.
As an intuitive business consultant, I reserve the right to refuse the client if the business is in my opinion harmful to society in it’s primary function. I would not be able to see clearly in such a case, as there would be inner conflict.
