Manifestation An Introduction
AUDIO: Manifestation An Introduction
Yesterday I pulled the card DANA: High Priestess. She means that “You have Divine knowledge that can help others through your spiritual teaching.” The fuller meaning is to teach by example, writing or doing workshops. It has been a challenge for me how to work with my blog so it is helpful and informative for readers and adds some value to their life. After much thought, and meditation and listening I decided to write from what I know and not worry about being an “expert.” One of my first teachers said to me, “you will always feel like you don’t know enough, to put yourself out there.” Actually my shiatsu teacher also said the same thing.
Manifestation is a word that to me implies co-creation of your life or better how to flow with what happens, all the while keeping an eye on your needs and goals. So it’s navigating-dealing with the forces of wind, wave, and motion while enjoying the journey and staying clear-eyed about your need to dock on a certain lush island for awhile. This multi-part exploration of manifestation will draw on my own examples from personal experience. I am a trained and experienced yoga teacher and massage therapist with an interest in shiatsu as it’s a modality that deals with energy. More and more I feel drawn to even less “tangible” ways of knowing, more drawn to explore the energetic or subtle basis of reality.
Having also been in quite happy successful phases of life and equally unhappy, draining and demoralizing phases; now I am beginning to see patterns and how energy underlies actual happenings on the material, gross, physical plane that we call reality. So I would like to share that understanding with you for your benefit.
In order to manifest several things are needed, which I will develop in more detail in later posts. They are:
• Belief
• Motivation
• Desire
• A regular practice that quiets the mind-meditation is ideal, yoga, tai chi, and chi kung also come to mind.
Manifestation: Pt. 1 in a few days. Why not subscribe or become a follower (see sidebar of blog) to get the next installment.
Namaste.
May you blossom.
