honestly this would take about 20 min, and few minutes to set up but it’s sooo worth it. Basically prop yourself in a restorative yoga position, the easy way! Take a yoga strap if you have one and tie it around your calf, right below knee is good, this will keep your legs together as you relax (it is not necessary though)
Then sit with your side next to your sofa, then swing your legs up onto the sofa seat cushion, as you lower your upper body down. Have a thin cushion nearby for our head and neck if needed. Open your arms out to the side, with palms up.
