…before the program began my meditation practice was a hit or miss. I did not meditate every day nor did I meditate at any time for more than 10 minutes. So, of course, I was not seeing any benefits in my meditation practice.
During the course of the program, after a guided meditation with Vivinne, I had the realization that through meditation I can access a sanctuary within myself where I am able to experience complete peace of mind and sit in the presence of God .
Now, I meditate at least once a day everyday and for at least 20 minutes each time.

SHIATSU:
Since initiating Shiatsu massage with Kala about 4 months ago I have experienced many positive changes both physically and also in my state of mind.
Prior to Shiatsu I was experiencing chronic pain from various overuse and sports injuries, including sciatica, lower back pain and muscle and joint soreness. I now have significantly less discomfort from these problems. My sciatica pain is mostly gone and my various other muscle and joint issues are vastly improved. There is increased flexibility throughout my body and I am more comfortable with various activities of daily life.
I seem to have a much more relaxed and resilient attitude in coping with different situations that arise. In addition I have reduced my coffee use from 9 or 10 cups a day to only 3 cups a day as I seem to have more energy and alertness without the caffeine.
I recommend Shiatsu massage with Kala to anyone experiencing the above mentioned issues. Kala is a kind and caring therapist, extremely serious about her treatments and very explanatory.
