And to finish up on the Loving-kindness workshop posts previously. Simply that I know I need to continue it’s practice, either in full form with visualization or a more simplified version. The easiest way is to use the phrases such as “May all beings be well, happy and peaceful.” and so on, it builds concentration but also develops the feeling of compassion. Even 15 minutes of Metta (Loving-Kindness) practice can be very helpful.
